Drone capture
Where appropriate, our CAA-licensed pilot captures roofs, parapets and high-level details in 4K.
Step 04
Drafting & review
Images organised, descriptions written where required and report reviewed.
Step 05
Annex & sign-off
Final report delivered as a PDF — ready to be annexed to your lease and signed by both parties.
