Site Truth was founded by Chartered Surveyors who spent an early part of their career acting for institutional landlords. Over time, they have watched tenants — often well-run businesses — face dilapidations claims they had no practical way to defend.

The cause was almost always the same: no Schedule of Condition, or one too vague to hold up. We built Site Truth to be the document tenants actually need, captured with the same forensic rigour the other side uses against them.

Today we work for occupiers across the UK — from independent retailers to larger multinationals — combining ground-level survey work with drone-captured evidence to produce reports built to be defended.
